2. Contact our staff for a quotation
Use the contact to contact staff who
will provide a quote.
Be sure to share the product product number (if it is an off-the-shelf product order), the number of
units needed, the shipping label address and phone number.
If you want to change the size, length and the stripe pattern specially, please contact us via the contact.
Please inform us as soon as you wish, regarding delivery date.

3. Order & Payment
If you agree with the quote and order us, you will receive an email from PayPal about your payment.
When we confirm the payment completed via PayPal,
We will arrange to product details based on the order.
P.K.C+ accepts payment in Japanese yen (JPY) or US dollars (USD).
If you have a preference, please let us know.
We can accept payment via PayPal (through which you may use a credit card) or bank transfer. We request that the customer bears the cost for handling fees.
If a formal invoice is required, one can be provided upon request.
As soon as payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing the order.

Shipment and Delivery
Orders ship from our factory in Niigata, Japan.
OEM orders are notified separately as shipping and shipping methods differ in each case.
Parsonal orders are shipped EMS unless specified otherwise.
